Wall saws – Dimas WS 355/PP 355 E 

DIMAS WS 355 

The Dimas WS 355 is our most modern and most 

powerful wall saw. A complete saw system with 

first-rate performance for professional cutting. The 

Dimas WS 355 is distinguished by the well thoughtout 

component solutions which provide a functional 

working environment. The machine is easy to use 

and reliable, and since it’s made of materials such as 

magnesium and titanium, it has one of the best 

power-to-weight ratios on the market. 

• New blade guard (from September 2003). 

• Stronger hydraulic travel feed, protected by a 

maintenance-free slip clutch. 

• Stronger hydraulic advance feed, protected by 

a slip clutch. 

• Stable mounting brackets which, together with 

the light, symmetrical track, allow cutting on 

both sides. 

• Designed for blades from � 600 mm to � 1600 mm. 

With the largest starter blade � 1000 mm, you 

can cut up to 440 mm thick walls. 

• The swing arm can rotate 360 degrees and the 

maximum cutting depth is 740 mm. 

• A speed control valve makes it easy to switch between 

the three different spindle speeds without 

stopping the rotation of the blade. This optimizes 

cutting performance and extends tool life. 

• All that’s needed is a socket wrench, since the 

blade flange, mounting brackets, couplings and 

track end pieces all have the same size heads. 

• Large handles make it easier to operate the saw.

DIMAS PP 355 E 

The electrically-powered Dimas PP 355 E is a processor-controlled 

hydraulic power pack that has been 

specially developed for the WS 355. The unit is 

designed as an upright trolley with the electric 

motor mounted beneath the tank, providing a low 

centre of gravity. This makes it easier to move the 

unit to and from the workplace, and when loading 

and unloading. 

• The new radio control provides total control of 

the sawing process and excellent freedom of 

movement at the workplace. 

– Minimum pressure 140 bar and 40 l/min. 

– Additional information to the operator (power 

level, current pressure, operating time, filter 

and oil changes, errors etc). 

– Has three different frequencies, to avoid interference 

with other radio-controlled machines.

DIMAS WS 350 

The Dimas WS 350 is a new machine in the latest 

generation of powerful hydraulic wall saws, with 

absolutely first-rate performance for professional 

cutting. The WS 350 is based on the same design as 

the WS 355 and shares components such as the saw 

unit, blade guard, track system, hydraulic system 

and control system. The well-considered solutions 

combine to create a functional, efficient working 

environment. And since it’s made of magnesium 

and titanium, this wall saw has one of the best 

power-to-weight ratios on the market. Accessories 

include wire cutting equipment, which makes the 

WS 350 particularly versatile.

DIMAS WS 345 

The Dimas WS 345 is a complete, powerful wall saw 

for professional use. The machine is very reliable in 

operation, so it requires minimal maintenance and 

attention. 

It’s an allround wall saw with a cutting depth 

up to 550 mm. The WS 345 has hydraulic feed and 

travel, where both functions are controlled from 

the power pack, for a comfortable working position. 

• Increased water hose dimension, from 1/4" to 

3/8" in the hydraulic hose package. 

• Two spindle speeds let you find the right speed 

for the blade, optimizing cutting capability and 

tool life. 

• With the � 700 mm starter blade, you can saw 

walls up to 300 mm and thanks to the adjustable 

spindle speed, you can use blades up to � 1200 

mm. 

• It’s easy to change the spindle speed during 

operation, and to cut strong reinforcing bar, the 

speed can be reduced, increasing the cutting 

capability (but not under load). 

• The track system is attached to the wall mounts, 

which are installed with easily-accessible expander 

bolts. This provides good guidance for the saw 

trolley, so the blade can work through the wall 

without vibrations or distortion. 




• Combined lifting and locking handles, and easilyaccessible 

expander bolts make the saw safe, 

ergonomic and easy to use. 

• Central flushing through the blade flange 

provides efficient cooling with limited water 

consumption.

DIMAS WS 325 

The Dimas WS 325 is a simple and powerful hydraulic 

wall saw. The machine is a predecessor to the Dimas 

WE 345 but with manual feed and lower weight. 

The WS 325’s design provides high cutting capacity 

and also makes the saw easy to transport, install 

and operate. The machine suits most power packs 

on the market. That’s why it’s a perfect allround 

saw at workplaces all over the world. 

• With a starter blade of � 700 mm, the WS 325 

can cut up to 300 mm thick walls. The largest 

recommended blade diameter is � 900 mm, 

giving a cutting depth of 400 mm. 

• The saw trolley is advanced manually with a telescopic, 

flexible crank which allows the operator 

a comfortable working position. 

• A small hand crank controls the blade depth 

adjustment. 

• Central flushing through the blade flange 

contributes to effective cooling, with limited 

water spillage. 

• The track is attached to the wall mounts, which 

are installed with easily-accessible expander bolts. 

This guides the saw trolley precisely, so that the 

blade can work through the wall without vibration 

or twisting.

• The saw trolley is made of magnesium. Low

DIMAS FS 1000 E 

The Dimas FS 1000 E is one of our larger electrical 

floor saws, and is intended to work with 1000 mm 

(39.3") blades and with a maximum sawing depth 

of 420 mm (16.5"). The three phase motor produces 

11.0 kW (15 hp) and has protectionclass IP 55 and is 

both dustproof and waterproof, as well as being 

fitted with an emergency stop device.

(31.4") blade with a maximum sawing depth of 

320 mm.

laser-welded and come with 2.8 mm segment

with an electronic current limiter, for softer starts.
