Lov Group, Stéphane Courbit’s personal holding

Created on 2 April 1863 by Sovereign Order
of HSH Charles III, Prince of Monaco, Société
des Bains de Mer de Monte Carlo is a société
anonyme limited company incorporated under
Monegasque law, listed on the Paris stock
exchange and chaired by Mr. Jean-Luc Biamonti,
Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Principality of Monaco is its main shareholder,
owning 69.5% of the share capital. SBM achieved
revenue of 361,7 million euros for financial year
2010/2011. The main activities of SBM are
gaming, hotels and restaurants, but it also has a
portfolio of property, sports, leisure, artistic and
cultural activities.

Our group, which has a management team
focused on ethical issues and responsible
gaming, is committed to promoting safe,
responsible gaming on a day-to-day basis (ISO
27001, personal data protection, transparent
gaming practices, etc.).
Gaming should be enjoyed in a responsible
manner, in accordance with all participants’
possibilities and wishes. BetClic Everest Group
offers its players a range of options including:
• fixing their own barriers and limits
• accessing their transaction history at any time
• voluntarily closing their account
instantaneously, and communicating details
of independent, specialist contacts who can

The entire client-facing workforce has
been made aware of issues surrounding
problem gaming and has received training on
