The Ballantyne signature hot stone massage uses the
elements of Earth and Fire to coax tense muscles into a
soothing state of let-go. The stones are used to melt knotted
muscles targeting areas of the body where attention is

This relaxing, all inclusive full body massage incorporates
aromatherapy, scalp treatment, targeted hot stones and
your choice of light, medium or deep pressure. Come learn

Using the ancient Eastern technique called Shirodhara, this
massage follows a pattern of rhythmic strokes and fuses
traditional Indian herbs and spices with warmed herbal oils,

uses stretches of the arms and legs and a combination of
techniques including Swedish, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release

This organic detoxifying and firming facial contains natural
alpha hydroxy acids. A highly stimulating peel deeply purifies
and naturally exfoliates to remove dead skin and reveal a
healthier, younger looking you!

This hydrating treatment featuring the powerful rich antioxidant
Tokay and Champagne grapes tones, lifts and firms tired skin.

Deep Pore Cleansing Treatment 50min/$150 80min/$170
This treatment is an excellent choice for detoxifying all skin
types. An active blend of lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids
effectively penetrates pores to dissolve impactions and
blackheads, kill bacteria, reduce inflammation and remove
excess cell debris to leave the skin hydrated, purified and clear.

Oxygenating Trio Treatment Facial 50min/$115
This facial helps promote healing and rejuvenates sluggish,
stressed skin depleted by toxins, pollutants, allergens,
improper diet and solar damage. This treatment is ideal
two to three days before a special event. It draws oxygen
to the skin’s surface, producing a rosy flush and a rapid
warming sensation, resulting in a radiant, healthy look that
lasts up to ten days.

Our expert team of estheticians will design a customized
peel treatment to address your individual skincare needs
for all skin types, including skin conditions such as rosacea,
eczema and psoriasis. A complimentary 20-minute consultation
is required before or at the start of your first treatment.

in botanical emollients. After a healing Highland Lavender
body polish is applied, a mix of skin healing flower petals

Revitalizing Mud Envelopment 50min/$125
A purifying body envelopment uses the 100% pure Moor
mask to revitalize the skin, creating suppleness and elasticity
to help your body breathe. A detoxifying massage follows
with a contour cream of black pepper, cinnamon, mandarin,

Earth and Sky – Jasmine Flower Skin Refresher

This skin refining treatment starts with a delicious application
of warm sweet jasmine and avocado oil to loosen the muscles.
Then a soft powder of organic grains and jasmine flower
petals is sifted onto your body to gently exfoliate and draw
toxins from the skin. After removing the grains, a mask of
whipped jasmine and pink grapefruit shea butter cream is
applied and you are wrapped in soft blankets to allow the
hydrating botanicals to be absorbed. While wrapped, you
enjoy a conditioning hot oil treatment for hair and scalp
with our kukui nut and ylang-ylang hair oil.

Our Spa Experiences are designed to offer a variety of
treatments so that you can create the spa escape best
suited for you. All services must be received on the same
day. If you would like to change a treatment that is part of
a package, we recommend booking services a la carte. No
substitutions are available. You may add a lunch credit to
any package for an additional fee.
Couple’s Indulgence Package $220/per person
Celebrate with the one you love by sharing our couple’s
suite for this decadent package. This spa experience includes
a 25-minute relaxing soak, a 25-minute exfoliating scrub
and a “Little Bit of Bliss” 50-minute massage.

Garden of Eden First Time Spa-Goers Experience $205
First time at a spa? This package is for you. Start with a
personalized 20 minute tour and explanation of spa basics
to answer any questions you may have. Then transition into
our 25-minute “Little Bit of Bliss” Massage, 25 minute
“Pick Me Up” Facial and end with our basic Manicure and
Pedicure to complete your experience.
Total time 2 hours 30 minutes
Executive Package $195
Need some extra attention? Pamper yourself with our executive
full service treatments. Let one of our expert stylists provide
a shampoo, cut and style. Then enjoy a mini facial while you
receive a manicure and pedicure. Book your appointment
as early as 8:00am to get a jump start on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How early should I arrive for my treatment?
A: Please arrive at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled treatment time to allow time to prepare for your
appointment and enjoy complimentary access to our Spa
facilities. This includes usage of the locker room, relaxation
lounge, steam, sauna, indoor pools and outdoor pool (seasonal).
Q: What is The Spa at Ballantyne’s cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being
charged in full. Spa packages require 48 hour-notice for
cancellation. You will be charged the full cost for any late
cancellation or no-show appointments. Wedding group spa
services are finalized two weeks prior to scheduled appointments.
Q: What if I am running late?
A: As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and
end on time. Arriving late will result in an abbreviation of
your service time.
Q: Are tax and gratuity included in the price of my service?
A: Tax and gratuity are not included in our pricing. To
provide a seamless spa experience for our guests, a 20%
service charge will be added to all services and packages.
Gratuity will be distributed to your providers.
Q: Where can I store my personal belongings?
A: The Spa at Ballantyne will provide you with a private
locker to store your possessions. We request that you leave
your valuables at home or in your hotel room safe. The Spa
is not responsible for broken, lost or stolen items.
Q: Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?
A: Upon check-in, you will be given a robe and slippers to
wear during your visit. Our therapists are trained to drape
you discreetly and to respect your privacy at all times, only
exposing the portion of your body that is being treated.
Please feel free to undress to your comfort level.
Q: What is the age requirement to enjoy spa services?
A: The Spa at Ballantyne is an adult enclave. Guests must
be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16
are welcome every Tuesday during our Family Day.
Q: May I use my cell phone during my visit?
A: In order to maintain a soothing environment, we kindly
ask that you please refrain from using any electronic
devices within The Spa’s premises.
Q: What if I have special health conditions?
A: Please advise our staff of any special requests or medical
conditions. If you have any concerns, we recommend
that you check with your physician before your visit. Your
safety and comfort are our top priorities. A provider may
recommend modifying your scheduled service to make it
safer for you.
Q: Do you offer spa treatments for groups?
A: Our Group Spa Coordinator can assist you with
customizing a variety of programs. From hosting spa
mixers to providing wellness seminars, The Spa can
help plan a memorable event.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Our hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Saturday 9:00am until 8:00pm
Sunday 9:00am until 6:00pm
Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
