‘This painting was inspired by the<br />
artist Thomas Ryan. I saw his work in<br />
a book about the Waterford Municipal<br />
Collection. It conveys Reginald’s Tower<br />
and the quayside in the 1950s.<br />
I like coming to the Open Studio to<br />
socialise and to learn new art skills.’<br />
