About the Facilitator, G. Manivannan:<br />

Passionate about <strong>Steiner</strong> education and service of people with special needs, Manivannan spends considerable time<br />

in research and training for the same. In addition to being a <strong>Trust</strong>ee of <strong>Bangalore</strong> <strong>Steiner</strong> <strong>School</strong> and Heart and Soul<br />

Foundation, he is a teacher trainer and has been conducting workshops for parents for many years now. Mani is a<br />

graduate in English and Sanskrit literature and is enriched by experiences in the field of theatre and film making. He<br />

has also completed the RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)qualified course in special education and later a three<br />

year course in the art of curative education and socio‐therapy.<br />

• Observation of classroom at the <strong>Bangalore</strong> <strong>Steiner</strong> <strong>School</strong>.<br />

• Submission of a project on a chosen theme in Anthroposophy or Waldorf Education.<br />

• Presentation of Main Lesson books and art and craft work.<br />

• Completion of all homework.<br />

• Final Examination on Mar 3rd. Graduation on Mar 10th.<br />

• Compulsory attendance of 95 hours of the course.<br />

Guidelines :<br />

• Complete and submit the application form. (Rs. 50/‐)<br />

• Payment: Rs.10,000/‐ as lump sum for whole seminar OR Block Fees as applicable.<br />

• Participants interested in certain blocks may register separately for each block.<br />

• The first two blocks are compulsory for all participants and the last three are optional.<br />

• All the blocks are compulsory for those considering certification or teaching at <strong>Bangalore</strong> <strong>Steiner</strong> <strong>School</strong>.<br />

Completing the course does not necessarily ensure a job.<br />
