Establishment of a secure dedicated VPN channel between CS and ZFS for file<br />

transfer (FTPS) and access to the ZFS web based applications (https).<br />

contributing to establishment of a CS Standard Portal based on the CS JAP<br />

technology, OBP/GFS Portal Framework and BEA/Oracle Web Portal Server.<br />

Build and Deployment of the appropriate Framework and Portal Modules<br />

(Portlets, Consumers and Producers).<br />

Delivery of Partner Bank Portal (JAP 4.1) and pre-delivery of Expert Net<br />

Portal (JAP 5.0), both complex Internet business applications.<br />

2. Implement offering of Forex Trading Services for external Partner Banks<br />

(B4B) considering White Labeling, consisting of several JAP, non-JAP<br />

applications, integration to Back-End and external Partner Bank<br />

infrastructure.<br />

Integration to the Pilot version of the BEA Portal (OBP) based on JAP 4.1<br />

3. Build of an automatic electronic Trade-Notification (STP) to Customers<br />

using two different technologies: Point-to-Point (DLZ) and RTNS/TOF.<br />

4. Build and ongoing extensions of electronic international Trading Flow<br />

Network in Forex Trading based on Business-Requirements<br />

5. Proposal for <strong>IT</strong> architecture with time and effort estimation to extend the<br />

product SPIR<strong>IT</strong> (structured equities) for EAMs and further user segments.<br />

Contribution for CS CMMI Level II appraisal as full scope focused project (SCAMPI<br />

A) in strong colaboration with Quality Management in 2008.<br />

Change and configuration management for the Project Portfolio, using tools such<br />

a Sharepoint, CVS, SDSS, ClearQuest, Simple Tracker and JAP internal tool chain.<br />

Business and Requirements Engineering and work on <strong>IT</strong> architecture<br />

JAP Single Point of Contact to Trading applications covering standard processes<br />

and infrastructure.<br />
