School Year Services to two special education students beginning June 25, 2012 through
August 2, 2012; one student at the full-day rate of $150.00 per day and one student at
the half-day rate of $75.00 per day.

Obligation Bonds, Series of 2005.
10.2 Approved entering into an agreement with Financial S&lutions LLC to perform
independent financial advisory services in relation to the General Obligation Bond of
2012 at a cost of $15,500.
