<strong>Experimental</strong> <strong>Apparatus</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Flow</strong> <strong>Study</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>Rock</strong><br />

X-ray computed tomography (CT) is a well-known method <strong>for</strong> measur<strong>in</strong>g rock properties and<br />

fluid transport behaviour, and the user get some <strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation on capillary end effects and other<br />

saturation gradients <strong>in</strong> core floods. University of Miskolc Research Institute of Applied<br />

Chemistry (Department of Instrumentation and In<strong>for</strong>matic) eng<strong>in</strong>eers have developed the<br />

experimental system <strong>for</strong> non-<strong>in</strong>vasive <strong>in</strong> situ imag<strong>in</strong>g of flow <strong>in</strong> porous medium at reservoir<br />

conditions.<br />
