Oven cooking modes<br />
TRADITIONAL BAkE: This is known as the traditional<br />
bake setting. How it works: Top Grill Element and the bake<br />
element underneath the oven panel emit heat that circulates<br />
with natural airflow. Cook setting suitable for: Bake and Roast<br />
Number of Rack(s): Single rack in the center of the oven is<br />
recommended.<br />
FAN FORCED BAkE + GRILL: Top grill elements operate<br />
on full power with the heat/air circulated by rear oven fan.<br />
MINI-GRILL: Ideal for slow grilling, with<br />
only the center grill element operating on limited power.<br />
MAxI-GRILL: Top grill elements operate<br />
at full power.<br />
STEAM FUNCTION: The steam function loosens baked on<br />
food, grease and grim leaving your oven pristine clean.<br />
FAN ASSISTED BAkING: How it works: Top Grill Element<br />
and the bake element underneath the oven panel emit heat that<br />
circulates with even distribution by rear oven fan. Cook setting<br />
suitable for: All uses Number of Rack(s): Multiple rack can be<br />
used for numerous baking needs.<br />
FAN FORCED COOkING: Cooking element that is<br />
fixed around rear oven fan is the only heat emitted<br />
under this setting.<br />
SELF-CLEAN: (Automatic self-cleaning cycle). During this<br />
cycle, the oven reaches extreme high temperatures to enable<br />
the burn of any food residue. The odor that is released is then<br />
removed by an internal smoke eliminator.
