The meeting opened at 10:40.<br />

4 Administration<br />

4.4 Business cards MB offered a fit-ift.org e-mail address to anyone on Council. Individual JOE will prepare a template for<br />
business cards for EC members, generic <strong>FIT</strong> card for other members. EC can business cards.<br />
produce these locally at <strong>FIT</strong>’s expense. Others may produce individual cards<br />
at their own expense.<br />

5.2.2 Extra copies for<br />

Translatio. The TF would be responsible for the website and Translatio.<br />
Council agreed a TF would spread the load. Marc Orando had agreed to<br />
continue to assist with French proofreading.<br />
Members were requested to distribute extra print copies at events.<br />
Events at which members will be present and promote <strong>FIT</strong> are listed in<br />
Annex A.<br />

6.1 Sabine requested that the practice of compiling a list of decisions during JOE will send past minutes to ASAP<br />
meetings and distributing them immediately after the meeting be continued.<br />
All agreed this is a good practice and should be continued.<br />
