PCMS By-Laws Amendment<br />
The <strong>Polk</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Society</strong> Executive Council approved<br />
amendments to the PCMS By-Laws at their November 17, 2009<br />
Executive Council meeting to be in compliant with Iowa Code 504.<br />
The proposed amendments to the current PCMS By-Laws will be submitted<br />
for approval at the PCMS Annual Meeting January 13, 2010. To review the<br />
current and proposed amendments of the PCMS By-laws, you may view the<br />
