Also presented were the Ecological
Commendation Awards, which
recognize hot-mix asphalt (HMA)
production facilities that best
demonstrate safe and responsible
environmental practices. In order to
qualify for the MAPA Ecological
Commendation Award, a facility
must successfully complete
the rigorous NAPA criteria

The IRS mileage rate includes
all costs for operating the auto
(gas, wear and tear, etc.). It does
not include parking and tolls. If
incurred, in addition to “mileage,”
expenses for parking and tolls can
be reimbursed.
