2008, two 250 passenger all weather ships
are at various stages of completion and are
expected to be delivered by December,
2009 and May, 2010. Construction of 200
passenger landing barges is at different
stages. With these vessels becoming
operational, the present uncertainty and
difficulties in embarkation and
disembarkation, using smaller cras, could
be overcome and the people will have
facility of safe landing from the bigger
ships anchored in the open sea.
