Welcome vendors and guests <strong>April</strong> <strong>2012</strong> As I roll out the proverbial welcome mat for you during this year’s annual Home Show, allow me to also bring you greetings from <strong>Kentville</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Council. The <strong>Kentville</strong> Home Show is the largest event <strong>of</strong> its kind here in the Valley, and we want to thank the many businesses who make this <strong>April</strong> weekend an annual event, and the thousands <strong>of</strong> guests, who in return, support our local products and services. The <strong>Kentville</strong> Home Show is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and “bragging rights” for this milestone must be shared by the vendors, guests and organizers <strong>of</strong> the event. Congratulations and happy anniversary! Although it’s easy to spend an entire day at the Show lost in conversation about a project you have in mind, or by socializing with other visitors, don’t forget that when it’s time to take a break from the action, that <strong>Kentville</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers many shops and services, only steps from the Arena door. Grab a snack at one <strong>of</strong> our many c<strong>of</strong>fee shops or cafes, enjoy a meal at a local pub or bistro, or simply take a stroll along the trail system. However you decide to spend your time this weekend, I sincerely hope that you take home lots <strong>of</strong> great ideas for home improvements and lifestyle enhancements, along with the satisfaction <strong>of</strong> time well spent, and perhaps even a prize or two.
