Main Poster Area<br />
Scientific Posters will be displayed in Kleiner Redoutensaal, Rauchsalon and Maria Theresien<br />
Appartements I-III, all located in Zone 2b on the first floor.<br />
Poster Sessions take place daily between 09:30 and 17:00 with Guided Poster Tours scheduled<br />
between 12:15 and 13:15.<br />
best Posters<br />
Per Guided Poster Tour, the chairs will select one poster as candidate for the <strong>EUFOS</strong> 2007 poster<br />
awards. Selected posters will be mounted in the best poster area (opposite the registration area in<br />
Zone 1). The <strong>EUFOS</strong> Awards Committee will view all candidate posters and decide on the 3 poster<br />
awards, one per discipline and awarded with EUR 1.000,00 each, to be announced and distributed<br />
during the Closing Ceremony.<br />
SPEAkERS’ PREVIEw ROOM<br />
All presenters, please refer to page 24 for details.<br />
The preview room is located in Zone 1, behind the registration. Staff and equipment will be available for<br />
you to arrange and preview your PowerPoint presentation.<br />
COFFEE BREAkS<br />
C<strong>of</strong>fee and tea will be served in the c<strong>of</strong>fee areas from Sunday, July 1 th to Wednesday, July 4 th , between<br />
10:00 and 10:30 and 15:30 and 16:00. C<strong>of</strong>fee areas are located in designated areas which are indicated<br />
with a c<strong>of</strong>fee cup symbol on the venue floorplans.<br />
At other hours c<strong>of</strong>fee, refreshements and small snacks can be purchased on cash basis in two areas<br />
indicated with a c<strong>of</strong>fe cup/EUR symbol on the venue floorplans.<br />
INTERNET<br />
The Internet Center is located in Zone 1. You are kindly asked to stick to the time limit <strong>of</strong> 15 minutes per<br />
computer to avoid long lines or delays.<br />
CLOAkROOM<br />
A cloakroom is available in Zone 1 where you can also store your luggage there.
