1. Results & Rank of Test Series (Sit Down at Center): 

1.1. Score card of each Test will be given to the student. It includes subject wise and overall perc entile, all India percentile rank and analysis

2. Career Point does not hold any responsibility for any kind of postal irregularities and delays. 

3. A plea that the student failed to rec eive the intimation of permission to appear in the test will not be accepted as a reason for refund of fee or 

any other redress. The institute is also not responsible for any postal delay. 

4. Student must attend the Test Series regularly. Student and parents will be sole responsible for student’s absenteeism from the Test Series. 

5. Students must maintain a strict discipline. Defaulters will be restricted from the institute without refund of fee. 

6. Enrolled students are expected to progress satisfactorily. Any student, whose record falls below the minimum acceptable standard, will be 

asked to withdraw from the institute. In such cases fees paid will not be refunded. 

7. If a student is found to have taken admission by way of forged marks sheets, signature of parents etc., his/her admission will be terminated 

and full fee will be forfeited . 

8. Our course material is exclusively for the use of our bonafide students only. Since we reserve all copy right privileges over this material, it shall 

not be redistributed, sold, loaned or copied. If a student is found to have allowed our study material to be misused, his/her enrolment with 

Career Point will be terminated without refund of fee and action will be taken against such student as per copy right act. Our decision in such 

case will be final. 

9. If there is a change in the syllabus during the academic session, the institute on its own shall make all possible efforts to cover the revised 

syllabus. However, it will not be binding on the institute and no obligation for any such commitment shall be entertained in any case. 

10. For Test Series at Test Center Students 

a. Every student must produce his/her I-card while entering th e Test Center. A student without I-card will not be permitted to appear 

in the Test. 

b. Duplicate I-card may be issued on cash payment of ` 300/- in case a student loses his/her I-card. 

c. Every student is required to maintain strict discipline at the Test Center. Defaulters may b e rusticated without refund of fee. 

d. Test Series will b e conducted at all the test C enters simultaneously. Under unforeseen circumstances, Career Point authorities may 

change the venue or even cancel a particular test at any of the C enters. Retest will not be held in such a case. Only Test Papers may 

be given for a cancelled test. 

e. Career Point may cancel any test Center if deemed n ecessary. In th at case, full fee shall be refunded to the student, who has opted 

for that center. 

11. We reserve the right to deny admission to a student without giving any reason. 

12. We reserve the right to make additions and alternations in the rules, working hours, and timetable and test series as may be deemed 

necessary from time to time without any prior information.

Ans. Write an application to the "Course Coordinator, Distance Learning Division, Career Point" mentioning reason for changing the Test Centre, 

Course Name, Roll No., old Test Centre and the name of new Test Centre along with photocopy of Acknowledgement / Identity Card o f 

Career Point Kota along with a Test Centre change fee of ` 300/- (` Three Hundred Rupees) in the form of DD in the favor of "Career Point" 

payable at Kota)

HOW TO FILL OMR APPLICATION FORM 

For Distance Learning Courses 

1. OMR Application Form is a computerized form. It will be processed by OMR scanning machine. Therefore, you are advised to fill it very 

carefully as per the instructions given below, otherwise your form will be rejected. 

2. Write only English Block Letters and Numerals in the Rectangular Boxes and darken the corresponding oval completely. 

3. Use only HB Pencil to darken the ovals and Blue/Black ball pen for all other entries. 

4. Do no Staple, Pin, Fold, Wrinkle, Scrabble, Tear, and Wet or Damage the form in any way. Damaged forms are liable to be rejected. 

5. Completely filled sample Application Form is given for your reference in the pages to follow.
