Day 6 Visit 2-3 vineyards (e.g. Seidelberg, Porcupine Ridge, …),
take your time. Enjoy.
Day 7 Drive along route R62 through the Klein Karoo to
Oudtshoorn.
Explore the Cango Caves in the afternoon (book ahead:

Day 8 Stop off at an ostrich farm

the Klein Karoo.
