SUBJECT: Cut-<strong>of</strong>f in the Submission <strong>of</strong> Requests re Prom Ex <strong>and</strong> Venue Dissemination<br />

1. The list <strong>of</strong> examinees are now finalized after giving the regions <strong>and</strong> its personnel enough<br />

time to address their concerns to the DPRM. Questionnaires are now ready for dispatch through the<br />

courier addressed to the examiners.<br />

2. In this regard, at 1400H <strong>of</strong> this date, similar concerns will no longer be addressed. This is<br />

also to correct the date indicated in para 4 <strong>of</strong> a Memor<strong>and</strong>um dated 09 May 2011 re Guidelines on the<br />

forthcoming centralized promotion.<br />

3. Furthermore, please ensure that the venue for the conduct <strong>of</strong> the examination is well<br />

disseminated to all examinees to include guidelines in the taking <strong>of</strong> the exam.<br />

4. For strict compliance <strong>and</strong> widest dissemination.<br />
