published between 1998 and 2007. This list supplements two previously printed
volumes by Ann Montanaro: Pop-up and Movable Books: A Bibliography
[Scarecrow, 1993] and Pop-up and Movable Books: A Bibliography, Supplement
1, 1991-1997. Also included in this Title Index are works published prior to1998
