At Waterfront Urban Development (WUD), we are dedicated to

The Christmas season will see the opening of City Square, next
to Anjung Senja (Waterfront Esplanade) along with the first
phase of the 2 km Boardwalk by the seafront of Kota Kinabalu's
sunset boulevard, Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens.

We would also like to invite all our buyers and investors to join
us in the opening of City Square and the Kota Kinabalu City's
Countdown Concert on 31 December 2010, hosted by DBKK.
The stage performances during the celebration include Stacy,
Donna Masidah, Den Bisa, Rasidah, The Dreamers, Finger Style,
and others.

We are also pleased to announce that the piling and
foundation works is completed at the project site. An
experienced main contractor has also been appointed and is
expected to commence work after the festive season.
Looking ahead, we are another step closer towards realising
this dream, and I would like to take this opportunity to extend

The first phase of the 2 km Waterfront Boardwalk, fronting the
City Square and Anjung Senja (Waterfront Esplanade) is ready for
public use in conjunction with the opening of City Square.
The Waterfront Boardwalk along the natural coastline features
environmentally friendly materials and boasts a panoramic view
of the sunset. Tastefully designed street lamps to light the way of
the boardwalk are also solar powered.
Residents & visitors of Kota Kinabalu now has a new
destination to enjoy seafront ambience of the city

Foundation & Piling Works COMPLETED
The above picture (eagle-eye view) and the picture on the right
(close-up view) shows the completed "double" row sheet piling
just before the last gridlines of bore piles were completed.
The additional row of sheet pile was necessary to improve the
stability of the soil to facilitate the last row of bore piling to be
undertaken, which was one of the reasons why the piling works
had taken longer than expected.

shall commence work after the festive season. The main
contractor appointed is committed to meet the deadline and
construction is expected to be accelerated to catch up with lost
time due to prevailing adverse weather conditions.
