The first 250 children turning in their registration forms on the day <strong>of</strong> the tournament will receive a free<br />
T-shirt. There will also be a drawing for “prizes” after lunch. Keep your ticket! All children must be 15 years<br />
old or younger <strong>and</strong> supply their own bait <strong>and</strong> fishing equipment. Parents or guardians must accompany<br />
<strong>and</strong> supervise their children <strong>and</strong> must sign a Registration Form. All fishing must be done within the<br />
designated areas.*** REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 9:15 am – Day <strong>of</strong> Event!*** This project is supported<br />
by revenues received from our Christmas Tree Sales, Brunswick Stew, BBQ, <strong>and</strong> Shrimp Feast. Please<br />
support your local Optimist Club.<br />
VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED<br />
The <strong>Hopewell</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Recreation <strong>and</strong> Parks are seeking adults who<br />
would like to coach youth basketball or any sport. If interested, please call<br />
541-2356 <strong>and</strong> ask for Ronnie Parker. A Criminal History Check is conducted<br />
yearly on all volunteer youth coaches.<br />

you to report any v<strong>and</strong>alism to the Police Department<br />
by calling 541- 2222. This is the non emergency<br />
number for the police department. Now if<br />
you see an actual crime, please call 911. Prohibited<br />
activities include disturbing, damaging, or removing<br />
resources from the park. If you observe someone<br />
breaking park regulations, do not attempt to take<br />
any action yourself. Report the incident promptly<br />
<strong>and</strong> accurately to one <strong>of</strong> the numbers listed.<br />

always seeking donations <strong>and</strong> have compiled a list <strong>of</strong> items needed to assist in the operations <strong>of</strong> some <strong>of</strong> our programs<br />
<strong>and</strong> activities. We appreciate your assistance as we strive to <strong>of</strong>fer quality programs <strong>and</strong> activities.<br />
