REQUIREMENTS FOR REDUCED RATE ELIGIBILITY
Please Note: NCL’s Reservations and Sales Service departments do not have access to the Reduced Rate information or files.
This form may be photocopied.
1. Applicant must be a valid, full-time, cruise sales agent,
who has been employed at the current agency
for at least one year prior to the date of sailing to be
eligible for reduced rates.
2. Some rates are exclusive of non-commissionable fares,
shore excursions and items of a personal nature, and are
expressed in U.S. Dollars.
3. All bookings are cruise-only and non-commissionable.
Air transportation is not available for purchase and the
cruise-only travel allowance is not applicable.
4. NCL Transfers may be requested via fax with
flight itinerary.
5. Reduced rates are available on select sailings only.
Applicable sailings are noted on www.ncl.com/agents/.
6. Requests must be completed in full (including signature
of agency owner/manager) and submitted with a copy
of current IATA/CLIA list, current personal IATA card, or
1099 tax from showing tax paid as a travel agent AND
a personal business card. Keep a copy for your files
and fax the Reduced Rate form to:

7. Payment is by credit card or agency check.
NCL’s Space Available Request Program Details
- Rates are subject to change and availability.
- Singles pay double as rates are based on double occupancy.
- Name changes are not permitted.
- If NCL is able to confirm a requested sailing, a confirmation will be faxed.
- Staterooms will be assigned the day of sailing at the discretion of NCL and no stateroom changes
will be permitted at the pier or onboard.
- Submittal of any false documents or abuse of the reduced rate program may result in the
cancellation of the agency’s reduced rate privileges.
- All reservations made under the reduced rate program are non-refundable and subject to a
100% cancellation fee.
- Reduced rate reservations cannot be lowered if rates change.
- Full fare bookings cannot be converted to reduced rate reservations.
