Upgrade Treats<br />

Choose one of <strong>our</strong> ‘Upgrade Treats’ (page 9) to enhance<br />

y<strong>our</strong> spa visit. Please inform reception at time of booking.<br />

Food and Drink<br />

Visit www.lesroches.co.uk for <strong>our</strong> full food and drinks<br />

menu. Please pre-book lunch/dinner at time of<br />

booking. We have a full catering service for groups<br />

or events (additional costs apply). Food and drink other<br />

than that purchased in the Spa cannot be consumed<br />

on the premises.<br />

Pre-Payment<br />

To secure y<strong>our</strong> booking, full pre-payment is<br />

required over the value of £50 or for a weekend<br />

booking.<br />

Cancellation Policy<br />

To avoid being charged 100% of the treatment/<br />

package price, please give 24+ h<strong>our</strong>s notice to<br />

cancel or rearrange a booking. Failure to attend an<br />

appointment will result in 100% treatment/package<br />

charge.<br />

All <strong>our</strong> prices include 5% GST<br />

Refunds<br />

Refunds cannot be issued for prepaid treatments/<br />

packages cancelled within 24 h<strong>our</strong>s of appointment<br />

date or for no shows. Please note that gift vouchers<br />

used for pre-payment cannot be reinstated if the<br />

booking is cancelled within 24 h<strong>our</strong>s of appointment<br />

date or for no shows.<br />

Refunds cannot be issued for gift vouchers,<br />

treatment programmes or retail products.<br />

Group Bookings<br />

With a range of packages and treatments available,<br />

we cater for groups (up to 16). A group booking can<br />

be held provisionally for 2 weeks from date of<br />

booking, in which time full pre-payment is required<br />

to secure the booking.<br />

Refunds cannot be issued if the whole group<br />

booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the event. If a<br />

group member cancels within 2 weeks prior to the<br />

event, a refund cannot be issued. A replacement<br />

group member must be found.<br />

Gift Vouchers<br />

Please quote y<strong>our</strong> voucher number at time of<br />

booking and present it at reception upon arrival.<br />

Vouchers are non-refundable and will expire after<br />

12 months from the date of purchase, rendering<br />

them invalid. Gift vouchers cannot be used to<br />

purchase another voucher. Report any lost voucher<br />

to reception.<br />

Medical Conditions<br />

Please inform the receptionist at time of booking of<br />

any medical conditions or recent operations.<br />

Pregnancy<br />

We offer specialist treatments to enjoy during<br />

pregnancy after 3 months. Please inform reception at<br />

time of booking how many months pregnant you are.
