What to Bring<br />
Welcome<br />
Teens<br />
Please consult the Receptionist if y<strong>our</strong> daughter/son<br />
is under 16 years and you wish to book them in for a<br />
treatment/package. All Teens under the age of 18 years<br />
visiting the Spa must do so with a responsible adult.<br />
Two sets of swimwear. Flip-flops if you are having a<br />
pedicure. Robe, towel, slippers, shampoo, shower<br />
gel and hairdryers are provided for clients using the<br />
spa facilities.<br />
Arrival Time<br />
Please check in at reception at the agreed arrival time.<br />
Spa Packages and Treatments with use of facilities -<br />
Approximately 1 h<strong>our</strong> before y<strong>our</strong> first treatment.<br />
Treatment/s without use of facilties –<br />
Approximately 5 minutes before y<strong>our</strong> appointment time.<br />
Late Arrival<br />
Late arrival will result in y<strong>our</strong> treatment time being<br />
reduced or not being able to carry out y<strong>our</strong> treatment<br />
due to time limitations and follow on client appointments.<br />
Spa Facilities<br />
Use of Spa Facilities<br />
All Spa packages include complimentary use of the<br />
facilities and any treatments over the value of £50.<br />
Use of spa facilities must be pre-booked at time of<br />
booking. If y<strong>our</strong> treatment/s cost less than £50 and<br />
you wish to pre-book the use of the facilities, you<br />
can upgrade to use them for 1 h<strong>our</strong> before y<strong>our</strong><br />
treatment by paying the difference between the total<br />
treatment price and £50.<br />
Valuables<br />
No responsibility can be accepted by the management<br />
for the safety of money or valuables of any kind<br />
brought to the Spa.<br />
Treatment Information<br />
Treatment Time<br />
In order to provide a professional service, y<strong>our</strong><br />
treatment time includes a health consultation with<br />
y<strong>our</strong> Therapist, getting changed and comfortable on<br />
the couch, the treatment itself, aftercare advice, time<br />
to get changed and enjoy a glass of water whilst you<br />
relax by the pool.<br />
Therapists<br />
If you prefer a specific Therapist please inform the<br />
receptionist at the time of booking.<br />
Homecare Service<br />
Y<strong>our</strong> Therapist will provide appropriate homecare<br />
advice and recommendations based on y<strong>our</strong><br />
concerns. Depending on y<strong>our</strong> treatment, a<br />
complimentary Homecare guide will be left at<br />
reception for you to collect upon departure.<br />
Checking Out<br />
Departure Time<br />
Please check out at reception at the agreed<br />
departure time according to the duration of y<strong>our</strong><br />
package or treatment/s.<br />
Client Feedback<br />
Y<strong>our</strong> feedback is very important as it helps us to<br />
continually develop and improve <strong>our</strong> services.<br />
Please fill in <strong>our</strong> client comments book in the spa<br />
or give y<strong>our</strong> feedback to the Receptionist.<br />
