Time<br />

The irradiation can be programmed to controls the irradiation power and time<br />

depend<strong>in</strong>g on the res<strong>in</strong> and cur<strong>in</strong>g appication, support<strong>in</strong>g high-quality and<br />

high-precision bond<strong>in</strong>g with m<strong>in</strong>imum cure shr<strong>in</strong>kage. In addition to the simple<br />

irradiation mode which irradiation is cont<strong>in</strong>uously per<strong>for</strong>med at a constant<br />

<strong>in</strong>tensity, up to 10 steps 10 patterns can be set. This <strong>in</strong>cludes the step-up<br />

mode which the <strong>in</strong>tensity is changed over time and the <strong>in</strong>terval mode which<br />

irradiation is per<strong>for</strong>med at specified <strong>in</strong>tervals.<br />

Digital sett<strong>in</strong>g allows <strong>for</strong> consistency of set<br />

values from operator to operator.<br />

The irradiation power can be f<strong>in</strong>ely set <strong>in</strong> the range of 0 to 100% <strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>in</strong>crements of 0.5%. The actual UV irradiation <strong>in</strong>tensity is approximately<br />

proportional to the displayed value, mak<strong>in</strong>g the sett<strong>in</strong>g work easier and more<br />

accurate.<br />

Interchangeability with ANUP5204<br />

The wavelength distribution (typical characteristics) of <strong>UP50</strong> is identical to<br />

ANUP5204, our exist<strong>in</strong>g model. The replacement lamp, the ANUPS204, is<br />

also the same as that <strong>for</strong> the ANUP5204.<br />
