u Public Learning Labs
Lawson has a full range of learning products to meet the needs of both new and existing customers. We offer
Learning Camps for new hires, Labs and Workshops for role-specific training, Learning Accelerator for customized
end-user training, and an Online Learning Library for continuous reinforcement. The first day of each public learning
lab will start at 10:00 a.m and run until 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.
Prices for Lawson public learning labs are per/person per/day and based on the country in which the training takes place.

u Virtual Learning Labs
Virtual Learning Labs (vLabs) are a great way to learn in an interactive environment. It’s just like being in the
classroom, only easier. You can avoid the expense and hassle of travel, because when it’s time for class, you
simply open your Web browser and sign in. PLEASE NOTE: vLab courses are not part of the Online Learning Suite.
See the price chart below for fee structure.
Instruction for all courses will be delivered in English. All times indicated are 14:00-17:00 GMT, 15:00-18:00 Central
European and 8:00-11:00 Central Standard Time, unless otherwise indicated.
Prices for Lawson vLabs are per/person per/day and based on the country in which the training takes place. Learning credits
can be used, but will not be discounted.

u Guaranteed to Run (GTR) Courses
Courses marked in green on this schedule are Guaranteed to Run (GTR). We frequently choose a mix of
courses from across the public schedule and designate them as guaranteed to run. While it is occasionally
necessary for us to cancel training sessions due to low enrollment, GTR classes will definitely take place no
matter how many registrations we receive.

u How to use this schedule
1. Courses are grouped by specific business areas, for example Customer Sales and Service, Manufacturing and
Financial Management, to make it easy for you to choose a business area and course that interests you.
2. Course sessions are organized by location. The language used for course instruction is indicated after the course
date: English = EN, French = FR, and Swedish = SW.
3. Our course schedules are updated regularly. However, class dates and locations are subject to change. For the
most current information, please check the Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll find it on the MyLearning
tab at http://mylawson.com.
4. Cancellation Policy: You will not be billed for a course if you withdraw your registration at least 10 business
days prior to the start date of the course. If you withdraw in 9 or fewer days, you will be billed the entire
class fee. Lawson Learning reserves the right to cancel a Learning Lab or Learning Camp session 10 business
days prior to the start date. We will notify you by e-mail if a course you have registered for must be cancelled.

Please note that all courses in our Learning Tracks can be scheduled as an additional public or private class at a
Lawson office or location more convenient for you. We can also provide remote classroom (Virtual Lab), Webex
and customized informal training/workshops as well as support training, training skills, train the trainer and
other services to help yourun your own training program and develop your own materials. Blended learning,
Learning Accelerator and end-user services plus online training is also available.
