is indispensable for the
reservation process.
FLIGHTS.
Passengers must book their
own flights. Each participant is
responsible for his/her own travel
expenses and valid documents
to fly to and enter Panama. We
strongly recommend checking in
advance Panama’s customs and
immigration regulations before
you plan your trip.
CHANGES.
Moto Tour Panama reserves
the right to change listed or
published itineraries, order
of activities and accommodations
due to unexpected
events. In that case, the
company will assure that the
participant receives similar or
better conditions and
activities.
CANCELATION.
8 and 5 Day Tours:
45 days prior to arrival: USD$300.00 per person (service
cancelation charges)
30 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total price.
14 – 5 days prior to arrival: 75% of total price.
Less than 5 days prior to arrival: 100% of total price.
2 Day Tours:
15 days prior to arrival: USD$300.00 per person
(service cancelation charges)
14 - 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of total price.
09 – 5 days prior to arrival: 75% of total price.
Less than 5 days prior to arrival: 100% of total price.
LEGAL CONDITIONS.
Legal conditions and contract details will be
sent by mail during the booking process.
CANCELLATION
BY MOTO TOUR .
A formal notification will be sent by mail at
least 10 days in advance and Moto Tour
Panama will refund 100% of the amount
paid.
RECOMMENDATIONS.
Complete motorcycle gear.
Due to tropical and Caribbean weather
you must be prepared with summer gear
(mesh if available) and a rain suit for any
unexpected rain.
INSURANCE.
Individual trip insurance must be obtained
well before arrival for contingencies such
as unexpected illnesses and accidents.
Moto Tour Panama provides third party
liability insurance (included and explained
at the agreement document). Participants
are liable for any damages to the motorcycle,
a credit card deposit of USD$2,500
will be applied through a card slip as a
guarantee. Drivers must be over the age
of 23 and have a valid motorcycle license.
MOTORCYCLE
RESERVATIONS.
A deposit of USD$300 must be paid in
advance to book any tour. Full details on
the reservation process and conditions
are available on our Web Site.
LIABILITY.
A “Release & Waiver of Liability” has to be
signed by any participant of our tours. Moto
Tour Panama is exempt from any civil or
medical liability.
