Cellular Italia was founded in 1990 as a distributor of 

the first mobile phones. The company’s management 

background derives from the electronic consumer goods 

sector, where it acquired experience, know-how and a 

fine sales force. In the early years, the limited performance 

levels of E-TACS phones prompted Cellular Italia to 

produce its first accessory, the in-car battery charger, and 

to launch its Cellular Line® brand. 

Over twenty years have gone by since then, and the 

determination of the company management has enabled the 

company to expand its structure with 4 subsidiaries and 

foreign divisions, with offices in Europe, so as to distribute 

its products throughout the national territory and in 

over 50 foreign countries in the world, making Cellular 

Line® the leading brand in Italy for compatible accessories, 

and expanding the horizons of its business to new product 

categories, creating special brands and lines of accessories 

for music players, digital cameras, netbooks, laptops of the 

last generation and tablets. 

Today Cellular Italia S.p.A. can count on a share capital 

entirely paid in for 7,240,000 euro, and a group 

turnover annually of about 130 million euro. Since the 

outset of its business it has distributed and sold over 110 

million pieces, 18 million in 2012.

A MODERN STRUCTURE IN A STRATEGIC LOCATION 

The headquarters of Cellular Italia are located in Reggio 

Emilia in a modern facility designed and equipped with 

over 1,800 sq.m. of office space and meeting rooms. 

The Italian headquarters are where the brand and product 

management are located, with the general management, 

the strategic business management and that of the 

four Business Units. This is where the company studies 

and develops brands, products, marketing strategies and 

business models. The export offices are also located in 

Reggio Emilia and handle strategic coordination of the 

divisions, subsidiaries and foreign equity investments.

The Cellular Italia group now has 5 European offices: The 

head office in Italy in Reggio Emilia, the French division, 

opened in 2009 with headquarters at Paris, the Swiss 

office with headquarters in Lausanne, open since 2004, 

the two Spanish offices in Barcelona, since 2003, and 

Madrid since 2006. 

The existence of branches in strategic companies 

enables Cellular Italia to operate in a fully European 

perspective, facilitating its activities on the different

OF LOGISTICS

Cellular Italia’s logistics is outsourced to provide the finest 

service and efficiency, with great reliability and the 

ability to expand when work loads are higher. 

In 2010, the warehouse was moved to a new facility, 

with an area reserved for Cellular Italia, which is located 

in Campogalliano - only a short distance from the 

company’s headquarters. A single shipping point for 

all the products of the Cellular Italia group ensures a high 

degree of efficiency and quality of the service. 

This enables the company to offer a lead-time of 24/48h 

and ensures punctual deliveries and reliable accuracy for 

every destination to which the goods are shipped. 

The products are packaged at the logistics facility and, 

where necessary, printouts of variable information are 

made (compatibility, codes and barcodes): the management 

“just in time” depending on the orders received, ensures 

constant updating of the information on the packaging. 

The logistics division has a special department to handle 

product replacements, which are guaranteed in a period of 

just 5 working days.

In 2005, Cellular Line introduced its first Bluetooth® 

Interphone. The device was received by the markets as a 

harbinger of great innovation in communication between 

motorcyclists, who were still tied down by antiquated 

wired transmission systems that offered neither the 

quality nor the safety that only Interphone could provide 

from the moment it arrived on the scene. 

Over the years, Interphone has earned the complete trust 

of motorcyclists, thanks to the extreme serviceability 

and reliability of its devices, so it has become their

for “mobile” use and has more than 20 years of experience 

in this sector. Special attention is now being devoted to

GPS SAFE will send a link via SMS if the vehicle is moved. When 

the link is clicked, a map is displayed showing the area and exact position 

of the vehicle.

ultra-fine regulation of the belt locking device, this holder offers the 

highest degree of stability on the non-tubular handlebars found on
