• Activities undertaken directly – employee time and direct expenses associated with conducting
programmatic activities.
• Activities undertaken through grants – nature of programmatic activities of organisations that received
grant funding from IFAW Charity.
• Support costs – support activities are apportioned based upon the estimated time and effort associated with
direct activities of the organisation.
