During fiscal year 2010, the Charity paid redundancy charges associated with strategic cost-cutting initiatives

13 Membership of the company
The Charity was incorporated on 27 March 1992 and is limited by the guarantee of its members. The guarantee of
each member is restricted to one pound. The members are the directors of the company and also act as trustees for
the charitable activities of IFAW Charity.
