Every year, IFOAM prepares a Directory that lists its current members
and associates, one of IFOAM’s most popular and useful publications.
Also included in the Directory are comprehensive contact information
for IFOAM’s internal structures and detailed editorial information
about IFOAM.
IFOAM reserves a limited space (30% of total) for Members and
Associates to place advertisements in the Directory. Advertisements
are full color on all pages. Since adopting a new look in 2006, the
Directory has become an attractive and easily recognizable resource
to inform the world about your activities.
The Directory is available for purchase in electronic format at the
IFOAM website at www.ifoam.org/bookstore/. Members frequently
report how important this Directory is as a reference tool—this
translates into extensive exposure of your advertisement and a great
value for your investment.
Your advertisement can be guaranteed if you send your signed
contract and draft advertisements by November 7, 2009 to the Head
Office.

Advertisement Specification
Advertisements are black and white (cover pages in color). The
directory will be published electronically. The Directory listings will
be formatted in two columns. Your advertisement will be placed as
close as possible to your official entry.
Electronic file
Ready to print advertisements should be sent electronically,
preferably in .eps or .pdf format, however .jpg or .tif are also
acceptable. Files can also be sent via post on a CD, but must be
received by November 7th 2008
Production Charges
Should you not be able to supply your advertisement in the above
mentioned formats you can send us the advertisement’s text and
photocopied/drawn artwork with the contract and we will compose
the ad for you. For this extra service, we will charge you only 100 € per
advertisement.
