Whether your next trip is for a few days of magic or a long fun-filled vacation, we’re
glad you are enjoying your Membership. To make sure you get the most from your stay,
we’ve created this online version of Portable Perks that you can print right from home
before you travel. This new tool supports our commitment to protect the environment by
reducing the number of printed booklets that we produce each year. Plus, it allows you
to shop discounts before you travel so that you’ll know exactly what you want to do
once you arrive!

Pool Hopping Information
When staying on your Membership at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort or any
Disney Vacation Club Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort, you and
any Guests staying with you are permitted to use most of the other Disney
Vacation Club and Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools (in addition to
the pool at the resort hotel at which you are staying) if they are not at
capacity. If the pool you are visiting reaches capacity, you may be asked to
leave in order to accommodate Guests of that resort hotel. Please check
with a host or hostess at the front desk of the resort you wish to visit
before you go to find out about pool-access availability. You must present
your current Key to the World Card with your “DVC Member”
designation on it to use the other resort hotel pools.
Pool hopping is not available at Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower at
Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Uzima Pool and Samawati Springs Pool at
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht &
Beach Club Resorts, the leisure pool at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, and the
pools at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. There are no exceptions to this
policy.
Resort hotel pools may become unavailable from time to time due to
capacity limitations. Due to the high occupancy that is expected, you and
any Guests staying with you may not pool hop during the following
dates*:

All restaurant discounts do not include gratuities, tax, and alcoholic
beverages, unless otherwise noted. For parties of six or more, an
18% gratuity will be added to the check based on prediscounted check
total. Discounts not valid on February 14, March 31, May 12, May 27,
June 16, July 4, September 2, November 28, December 24 and 25,
and December 31.

Fishing Fundamentals
This 90-minute class teaches the basics of “catch and release” fishing on
land before you try your luck in the lake. You even get to keep your rod
and reel! For ages 7 and older. Member cost: $30 per person [save $5]
Introduction to Wine
Learn basic wine characteristics, proper serving and storing methods,
and tips on selecting a vintage. Offered to Guests 21 years of age and
older (proof of age may be requested). To sign up, visit Eb & Flo’s

Kayak Adventure
Paddle your own kayak on the exciting Indian River. Double kayaks are
available. Guests ages 8 and older welcome; an adult must accompany
Guests under 18. This activity is held off resort grounds. Member cost:

Pelican Island Bike Adventure
This 10-mile bike ride is open to all ages; a participating parent or
guardian must accompany Guests under 18. Member cost:

SCUBA Experience
This 1-hour class teaches basic SCUBA skills in the resort pool. Strong
swimming ability is required (no certification is awarded). For ages 12
and older. Member cost: $30 per person [save $5]
SnorkelEars
This 1-hour class teaches basic snorkeling techniques in the pool.
Equipment is supplied. Swimming ability is required. For ages 7 to 15.

Surfing Lessons
Learn the basics at Lou Maresca’s Surf School during a 3½-hour program
at Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Surfboards, wetsuits (if needed), snacks,
and towels are provided. Advance registration is required. For ages 12

Tennis Lessons
Develop your skills with fun lessons from our experienced tennis pro.

We use Eminence Organic Body Care in some of our body therapies
along with Pure Fiji Body Care, both of which are dedicated to utilizing
sustainable ingredients from renewable resources and eco-friendly
packaging.
Facials
Our aestheticians educated in organic skincare services will analyze
your skin and help guide you in a facial treatment that meets the needs
of your skin.
Hand and Foot Treatments
Select your favorite nail lacquer from SpaRitual®, which offers the
only vegan, paraben-free system of treatments for the hands and
feet. In addition, all SpaRitual® nail products are free of DBP, toluene,
formaldehyde, and formaldehyde resin. Receive a complimentary
mini nail polish, in your color, with every nail service.
Massage Therapies
Our massage oils, creams, and lotions are unscented and free of nut oils
and parabens. You will have a choice to enhance your experiences by
adding the use of pure essential oils to select massage therapies.

Become a Walt Disney World Passholder
Disney Vacation Club Members and their immediate family residing
in the same household are eligible to receive discounts on select Walt
Disney World Annual Passes and Premium Annual Passes! Passholders
enjoy unlimited admission* to all four Theme Parks 365 days a year, as
well as special perks and offers.
Passes can be purchased at any Guest Relations location in all four Walt
Disney World Theme Parks and the Downtown Disney® Area. You must
present your Disney Vacation Club Member ID, and ALL ADuLTS must
present a valid driver’s license or state identification card showing they
reside in the same household to purchase or redeem this offer. Limit of
eight Annual Passes per household, per 12-month period.
