Excellent manoeuvrability is the key objective of these driveline enhancements,
letting you take full advantage of your new MXU MAXXUM PRO’s awesome
engine performance. These are powerful features for faster and more
responsive operation without compromising on safety or stressing the
operator. In a nutshell, these are cost-effective systems designed to
increase speed and efficiency.
Automatic 4WD / Differential lock. Traction management is available
on all MXU MAXXUM PRO models. With controls to switch between
manual and automatic mode, the operator is able to harness true
traction with both mounted and trailed equipment.
A tighter turning circle. MXU MAXXUM PRO tractors
have an extremely small turning radius for their size.

Front axle suspension. Available on all MXU MAXXUM PRO’s,
electronically-controlled front axle suspension improves ride comfort at the
same time as providing more control. Less bounce is experienced when
travelling at speed with mounted implements, or manoeuvring with a loader.
At lower speeds, up to 5% more traction can be gained with this
system – ideal for ploughing.
Powerful all-wheel braking. Very low pedal effort is needed with
these heavy duty, maintenance-free, oil immersed disc brakes.
Front brakes and a trailer air brake system are fitted to 50kph models for
additional braking power.
Steering fenders give a 30% increase in
steering angle for clearance at narrow track settings.
Air braking system provides powerful
stopping for high speed trailer operations.
