NARAYAN MARINE TECH PRIVATE LIMTED IS PROMOTED BY THE
PROPRIETORS OF NARAYAN ENTERPRISE & NARAYAN MARINE & TRADE
INC, who are well established in the line of export of reusable ship Machinery &
Spares & suppliers of marine and Industrial machinery respectively. Narayan
Enterprise is established as a proprietorship concern in 1997 and started its
business of exporting of second hand ship machinery and spares from the
Indian ship breaking yards. Now it is one of the leading stockiest and exporters
of second hand marine equipments and spares, based at Asia’s biggest Ship
breaking yard named “Alang Ship Breaking Yard”, in Gujarat state, West Coast
of India. Narayan Marine & Trade Inc is also a proprietorship engaged in the
local supply of marine & industrial machinery since 1998.

PROPOSED EXTENDED LINE OF BUSINESS
The new company is formed with the object of expanding the business by taking
over the existing business of NARAYAN ENTERPRISE & NARAYAN MARINE &
TRADE INC and diversify the products range dealt with, including import &
export of brand new spares, reconditioning and refurbishing of second hand
ship spares and also other brand new industrial and Marine products, with the
collaboration of some foreign manufacturers and workshops. Discussions &
negotiations for long terms contracts with foreign companies in this regard is in
progress. The excellent experiences in this line of business and the success of
the promoters, who are the directors of company will definitely contribute to
the continues success of the business of the Company.

We have our warehouse of about 60,000 sq.ft nearby the Alang ship breaking
yard. We are in close touch with the ship breakers at large. This facilitate the
easy procurement of our customers requirement from the ship breaking yards
at lowest possible price and enable us to supply the same to our customers at
the most competitive price.
We have a well equipped workshop with qualified and experienced workers for
proper dismantling, repairing and overhauling, assembling and testing operation
of engines and other marine equipments in our workshop.

We strongly believe in team work and having qualified technicians in our staff
as well we work in association with approved marine engineers and workshops in
India, for obtaining necessary survey and class approval etc for marine spares
and
equipments as per the requirements of our customers. Which enable us to
provide quality service to our customers in time as per their requirement.

We purchase engines from ship breaking yards and bring them to our workshop
at Trapaj, nearest to Alang Ship Breaking Yard and carrying out the following
process before delivering the spares to the customers to ensure quality of
products.
• Dismantling of engine at our workshop with proper tools by Qualified
Technicians.
• Proper cleaning, including chemical cleaning if required.
• Calibrations, Pressure Testing & other NDT tests as required.
• Painting and other Surface Treatment as required.
• Protected very well by Grease or chemical & covered by special material.
• Packing in wooden boxes or as required
• Dispatching the goods as per the dispatch instructions.
• All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, by our qualified staff.
• When any class certificate is required by the clients, we will send to any
approved workshop at Mumbai, complete all the works there, carryout all
tests and get it certified by any class required by customer.
• All items are packed properly in wooden boxes to avoid any kind of
damage during handling and transit. Thus we assure good working
condition of all items supplied by us.

II]. PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER UNITS & PLATES
Another type of heat exchanger is the plate heat exchanger. One is composed
of multiple, thin, slightly-separated plates that have very large surface areas
and fluid flow passages for heat transfer. This stacked-plate arrangement can
be more effective, in a given space, than the shell and tube heat exchanger.
Advances in gasket and brazing technology have made the plate type heat
exchanger increasingly practical. In HVAC applications, large heat exchangers
of this type are called plate-and-frame; when used in open loops, these heat
exchangers are normally of the gasket type to allow periodic disassembly,
cleaning, and inspection. There are many types of permanently-bonded plate
heat exchangers such as dip-brazed and vacuum-brazed plate varieties, and
they are often specified for closed-loop applications such as refrigeration.
Plate heat exchangers also differ in the types of plates that are used, and the
configurations of those plates. Some plates may be stamped with "chevron" or
other patterns, where others may have machined fins and/or grooves.
