Welcome to <strong>Centura</strong> <strong>Health</strong>! <strong>Centura</strong> has made it easy for you to access many of the applications <strong>and</strong><br />

information you need to be successful in <strong>your</strong> position. My Virtual Workplace<br />

(www.myvirtualworkplace.org) is the on-line portal where you can link to applications you use for work,<br />

check <strong>your</strong> email account, link to policies, forms <strong>and</strong> much, much more!<br />

<strong>Centura</strong>’sAssociatePortal–MyVirtualWorkplace<br />

To <strong>login</strong> to My Virtual Workplace, simply:<br />

• Log on to any computer with internet access<br />

• Open Internet Explorer, or any other browser <strong>and</strong> go to www.myvirtualworkplace.org<br />

• <strong>Login</strong> <strong>using</strong> <strong>your</strong> <strong>network</strong> <strong>login</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>password</strong>. <strong>If</strong> you do not know <strong>your</strong> <strong>network</strong> <strong>login</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>password</strong>, contact the IT help desk at (303) 643-4200.<br />

• Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the appropriate area!

A. To check <strong>your</strong> email, click on “Work Tools”, then select “Email-Web Access”<br />

You do not need a separate <strong>login</strong> or <strong>password</strong> for <strong>your</strong> web email account:


B-D. To change <strong>your</strong> withholding, checking <strong>your</strong> benefits, enroll or change <strong>your</strong> direct deposit<br />

<strong>and</strong> more:<br />

Click on “Associates” <strong>and</strong> then “Employee Self Service”<br />

<strong>Login</strong> to Employee Self Service with <strong>your</strong> same username <strong>and</strong> <strong>password</strong>.<br />

Once you are logged into Lawson’s Employee Self Service Module, You’ll see the<br />

“Lawson Self Service” link on the left navigation panel.


Determine the area you’d like to navigate to <strong>and</strong> click on it. Refer to training on<br />

Employee Self Service for how to navigate within the application.<br />

E. To access applications for <strong>your</strong> job:<br />

Your position may require that you use certain web-based or client based tools. The most<br />

commonly used applications will have links to these applications under “Clinical Tools” or<br />

“Non-Clinical Tools”.<br />

F. To search for a policy, procedure, form or other document:<br />

<strong>Centura</strong> has a document repository feature, known as Docushare. Click on “Reference”,<br />

then “Docushare”


Locate the folder where the document resides, or perform a search for the<br />

document.<br />

G. Learning more about My Benefits or Other HR Procedure<br />

To learn more about <strong>your</strong> benefits, employment verifications, careers, <strong>and</strong> more,<br />

navigate to the HR site. This is located under “Associates”, then “Human Resources”.


H. To Complete Required Learning Assignments:<br />

As a new employee <strong>and</strong> throughout the course of <strong>your</strong> employment, certain educational<br />

programs will be available on <strong>Centura</strong>’s Learning Management System, known as LEARN.<br />

Click on “Associates”, then “Education <strong>and</strong> Training”.
