INTRODUCTION
The 7th INAS World Skiing Championships will be hosted in Erzurum once again. We
have all the reasons to believe that is going to be a great championship, based on the
enthusiasm of the participants, friendship, fairplay and rewarding the hard work. It’s
also going to be a very good opportunity for the ID skiers to integrate in the INAS
‘’family’’ because we have an intention of participating in the 2018 Winter Paralympics.
PROVISIONAL PROGRAM
3rd March: Official Arrivals
4th March: Official Trainings and Opening Ceremony
5th March: Alpine Slalom and Nordic Man & Ladies 10km & 5km
6th March: Alpine Giant Slalom and Nordic Man & Ladies 5km & 2, 5 km
7th March: Alpine Super G and Nordic Sprint Man & Ladies (Cultural Program.)
8th March: Cultural Activities and Closing Ceremony
9th March: Official Departures
VENUE
The competition will be held at the Palandoken Skiing Area.
The Palandoken skiing area is very close to accommodation place at the Palandoken
Mountain in ERZURUM / TURKEY.
Accommodations will be in Xanadu Hotel which is located in Palandöken Mountain
Erzurum.

RULES
The event will be conducted in accordance with the current rules of INAS Alpine
Skiing Sports Specifications (INAS Handbook, Section 7, item 7.11) & Nordic Skiing
Sports Specifications (INAS Handbook, Section 7, item 7.15)
EQUIPMENT
All athletes will use their own skiing equipment.
ELIGIBILITY
The event is open to athletes who are eligible to represent their national association
according and to be in INAS Master List no later than final entry date.
EVENTS
The following events will be held:
Alpine Skiing
- Special Slalom (SS)
- Giant Slalom (GS)
- Super Giant Slalom (SG)
Nordic Skiing
- Classical: Male 5 km, Female 3 km
- Free: Male 10 km, Female 5 km
- Sprint: Male & Female 1 km
Note:
• Depending on the entries, the organizers and the Technical Delegate reserve the
right to combine classes as may be necessary.
REFEREES
All referees will be supported by the Turkish Skiing Federation whom are at
International accreditation.
CLASSIFICATION
All participant athletes must appear on INAS Master List, there will not be any guest
entry!!!

ENTRY FEE
Entry fee for 7th INAS World Skiing Championships per night per person will be cost
100 Euro for double room and for the single room there will be additional cost 25
Euro.
TRANSPORTATION
The OC will provide transportation for teams and officials from Erzurum airport to
Xanadu HOTEL.
There will be a Welcome Desk at both Istanbul Ataturk Airport and Erzurum (Cemal
Gursel) Airport.
Please Identify yourself those desks.
The volunteers will escort to the Domestic Terminal at the Istanbul Ataturk Airport
and guide to Check-in operation to Erzurum.
Organization Committee will provide a minibus for each team during the event.
Those minibuses will be under the control of HOD’s.
More details will be given at the HOD meeting.
TELEVISION, MOTION PICTURE AND INTERNET COVERAGE CONDITIONS
By entering the event, all participants agree to abide by all INAS rules and by the
rules and regulations of the organizers. All associations and teams agree to be abide
by the rulings of the INAS and its agents in all matters concerning television
coverage, video, internet web casting, motion picture coverage and photographic
coverage of any kind.
Participants release all rights, or rights held by their agents or sponsors, in all matters
relating to television and web casting coverage, video and motion picture coverage,
and photographic coverage of any kind; and hence accept such coverage during the
event. Any participant, when called upon, must appear promptly to press
conferences or medal presentations and follow the procedures set by the INAS and
the organizers.
VISAS
Teams are responsible to obtain a visa if needed. Please contact the organizers for

• Function in the team

CANCELLATION POLICY
The policy applies as follows:
a. cancellation after the first entry but before the second entry: the first entry
fee is forfeited.
b. cancellations after the second entry: the first entry fee plus an additional 20% of
the entry fee per person is forfeited i.e. a total of 50% of the total entry fee per
person.
c. cancellations within 10 calendar days of the arrival date will be decided by
the organizers in consultation with the TD.
This is provided that the athletes is not able to prove circumstances beyond his or her
control e.g. admission to hospital.
