Early Intervention (EI) Provides a range of services for children from birth to
age 3 with or at risk of developmental delays.
Family Care Community Partnerships (FCCP) Provide linkage to and coordination
of a wide range of community-based services and supports to assist families
with children/youth at risk of involvement with the state and/or needing
involvement with multiple systems to address needs relating to serious emo-
tional or behavioral conditions or juvenile justice incarceration. The partner-
ships utilize a high fidelity wraparound approach. Providence, Cranston,
Pawtucket, Central Falls (see Central Falls Restorative Practices in this section);
and West Bay (1-866-840-6532).

Family Coaching and Visitation Center Providing coaching and supervised
visitation for children and families who have suffered maltreatment. Families
are given the opportunity to learn new relationship skills in the context of
a natural home environment. Parent education groups and parent-child play
groups offered. Referrals to the program are made by the Department of
Children, Youth and Families.
First Connections A program for families with children (0-3 years) at risk
for poor outcomes due to medical, socio-economic or psychosocial factors.
A collaboration with Children’s Friend & Service.
