business, culture and government events
Dusseldorf is part of the largest urban agglomeration in
Germany. Eleven million people live within 50 kilometers
of the city, and there are about 5,000 foreign companies
based here. Our city has a well-known exhibition center
that hosts about forty international trade fairs every year.
When Jet Aviation established this facility in 1975, it was
our first permanent foreign operation. We had seen that
business aviation would be important in Germany, and we
took a look at the distribution of business jets. There
was a concentration of the aircraft in Dusseldorf, so we
established a maintenance facility at Dusseldorf
International Airport.

We grew as the number of business jets increased in
Germany and added a maintenance facility in Kassel in
1985 and a Hannover facility in 1991.
Today, we offer maintenance, repair and overhaul,
avionics, refurbishment, VIP handling (FBO) and 24 hour
AOG-services. Our more than 200 employees are
experienced and highly skilled, ready to make your aircraft
safe and comfortable.

Maintenance
A full range of reliable maintenance
Jet Aviation Dusseldorf provides the full range of
maintenance, repair and overhaul services as a factory
authorized service center for the Cessna Citation
Series, Hawker Beechcraft Premier I, Hawker 400XP and
800XP, the Embraer ERJ 135CJ as well as for the Avanti
Piaggio. Maintenance work is also performed on Learjet,
Challenger, Gulfstream and almost every modern
business jet.

Our experienced team performs line and base maintenance,
airframe modifications, avionics installations, AOGservices,
sheet metal work, non-destructive testing, and
control of airworthiness data. Exterior repaint, prepurchase
inspections, outstation support, maintenance
planning, forecasting & controlling, customized
maintenance status reporting, and the training of technical
staff are also considered core business.

Our international customer base requires international
approvals such as EASA #DE.145.0011, an
FAA #J7QY399Y repair station approval and many others.
Our regular hours are from 7:00 to 19:00 hours Monday
to Friday, but we offer any customized solution, even
24/7 service at your request. We also provide worldwide
24-hour AOG coverage.

Avionics Retrofit
Let us help you maintain and upgrade your
onboard electronics
We will service your existing avionics, or help with
the choice of additional systems or upgrades. We provide
avionics installations and support, repairs and
modifications along with avionics parts procurement
and 24 hour AOG-support to business aviation customers
throughout Europe and the Middle East. Consultancy,
system integration and the development of customized,
modular solutions are our core competencies.
In addition to TCAS, FMS, GPS, EFIS and other avionic
systems, we offer customized, modular in-flight entertainment
solutions and special state-of-the-art communication
systems such as Satphone, Sat-Telefax.

We provide engineering and certification services
(e.g. EMZ, STC) through the EASA Part 21-certified
Avionics Competence Center in Kassel. Jet Aviation
Germany holds EASA approvals for Cessna Citations,
Hawker Beechcraft, Piper, Learjet and many other
aircraft types.
Our avionic competence center in Kassel has avionics test
lab rooms, on-site Autopilot testing and in-house
commercial avionics testing for NAV/COMs and GPS.
We are an authorized dealer for Honeywell, Rockwell
Collins, Garmin, Goodrich, Universal, Becker, S-Tech
and other avionics manufacturers.

Making your cabin a comfortable space
Our facility offers interior refurbishing for small to
medium business aircraft through our extensive global
network. Jet Aviation has an international team that
stays abreast of all new developments and has many
skilled engineering and design professional dedicated to
personalizing cabin interiors. We will coordinate your
refurbishment and make sure you profit from Jet Aviation’s
many years of experience.
Our staff can arrange anything from a simple carpet
refurbishment to a complete cabin refurbishment.
Jet Aviation has woodworkers who do high-quality
veneer work for aircraft, as well as specially trained
employees who plate metal parts, do advanced leather
work and use textiles to create the environment you
want in your cabin.

Fixed Base Operations
The comfortable way to travel
in and out of Dusseldorf
In June of 2006, just in time for the World Cup soccer
tournament, we opened our new state-of-the-art Executive
Terminal. The building is bright and comfortable, with
lounges, conference rooms and free wireless Internet.
The in-house immigration and customs services make your
journey on and off the tarmac fast and easy, and our
staff can arrange transportation and hotel accommodation
for you here in Dusseldorf.

The city center is only 10 miles away, and several other
significant cities of the Rhine-Ruhr area are nearby. From
our accommodating staff to our modern facility, you
will find everything you need to make your journey pleasant
and efficient.
We can arrange catering for you, both in our facility and
on your aircraft. We can also set up line maintenance,
cleaning, and de-icing for your aircraft. We offer Jet A-1,
Aerojet and Avgas 100LL fuels.

A separate crew lounge provides a comfortable stay
during transit. It is a place to relax and enjoy amenities
like a wide-screen television, wireless Internet access
and refreshments. There is also a briefing room for flight
planning and a weather terminal.

comfortable and pleasant. We will be happy to help with
any special requests.

Hannover
Reliable maintenance in northern Germany
Hannover is a major center in northern Germany, known
for hosting expositions such as the Hannover Fair
and CeBIT. The city hosted the world fair Expo 2000.
We consider the Hannover location to be our gateway
to the rapidly developing Eastern European market.
Hannover airport has no operating restrictions, and can
be utilized 24 hours a day.

Founded in 1991, the Gulfstream Factory Authorized
Service Facility provides first class line and base
maintenance for G100, G150 and G200 to private
and corporate aircraft operators all over Europe.
We hold an EASA Part 145, as well as a Bermuda DCA
and a Cayman CAA repair station approval. Our core
competencies include the Bombardier Challenger, Cessna
Citation, Learjet, Piper and King Air.

AOG-support is available 24/7, as is maintenance support
on demand for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
events.

Kassel
A maintenance facility with
special avionics capabilities
Our Kassel facility is in the center of Germany. It is the
home of the avionics competence center for all of our
German operations. It is also an authorized dealer for all
major avionics manufacturers, and performs a complete
range of maintenance on a wide variety of aircraft.
The facility holds an EASA #DE.145.0011 approval and is
also an EASA Part 21 certified design organization for
Cessna Citations, Hawker Beechcraft, Learjets, Piper and
many other aircraft manufacturers.

The avionics competence center offers avionics installations
and support, repairs and modifications including newgeneration
avionics and testing equipment for Honeywell,
Rockwell-Collins and S-TEC equipment. It also procures
parts for business aviation customers throughout Europe.

The center is an authorized dealer for several large
avionics manufacturers, including Honeywell (Bendix/
King and Sperry-RCA), Rockwell-Collins, S-TEC,
Goodrich, Garmin, Universal, Becker, ARC, Narco, and
Global-Wulfsberg. The facility provides installation
services for FMS, TCAS, GPS, SATCOM and more.
Kassel holds JAA avionics approvals for Cessna Citations,
Beechcraft and Learjet aircraft. The facility has avionics
test lab rooms, a crew lounge and meeting room and
provides on-site Autopilot testing and in-house
commercial avionics testing for NAV/COMs and GPS.
