<strong>GTA</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>Election</strong> <strong>Results</strong><br />
As announced at Saturday's 37th Annual Meeting, all the bylaw<br />
amendments that appeared on the ballot were approved, and<br />
the new members of the 2012 <strong>Board</strong> of Directors for <strong>The</strong><br />
<strong>Galena</strong> <strong>Territory</strong> Association, Inc., are Larry Galer, R. J.<br />
Winkelhake and Kathy Oczak. Larry, R.J. and Kathy were<br />
elected to serve three-year terms.<br />
<strong>The</strong> new board officers were elected immediately following the<br />
Annual Meeting, and they are:<br />
Tom Rivera, President<br />
Jack Fisher, Vice President<br />
Bill Dexter, Treasurer<br />
Dennis Scully, Secretary<br />
Thanks to outgoing board members Cary Kalant, Fran Peterson<br />
and Nancy Peterson for their commitment and service to the<br />
Association. And thank you to board candidates John Holiday<br />
and Cary Kalant for their interest in serving on the board. A<br />
recap of the Annual Meeting will be available in the April issue<br />
of the <strong>Territory</strong> Times, and all of the questions submitted at the<br />
meeting will be answered in the May issue of the <strong>Territory</strong><br />
Times.<br />

our new vision for 2016, and the four strategic paths that define how we are going to achieve our<br />
vision.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>GTA</strong> is the property owners' association that harnesses our resources to make <strong>The</strong> <strong>Galena</strong><br />
<strong>Territory</strong> a great place to be.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Galena</strong> <strong>Territory</strong> Association will be a financially strong, customer-driven, efficiently<br />
managed and highly regarded property owners' association.<br />

Strategy 1: Engage Our Customers<br />

Strategy 3: Grow Non-Assessment Revenue<br />
