the Vestfjorddalen Supergroup (ca. 1.5–1.35 Ga) and overlying early Sveconorwegian units (ca.<br />

1.17–1.019 Ga) separated by the sub-Svinsaga unconformity. Studied formations in this thesis included<br />

the Vemork, Heddersvatnet, Gausta, Skottsfjell, Vindsjå, Brattefjell, and Svinsaga formations.<br />

Also, sub-Heddersvatnet and sub-Svinsaga unconformities were considered. Age limits are<br />

taken from Laajoki et al. (2002), Bingen et al. (2003, 2006), and Lamminen et al. (2009b). SHU:<br />

sub-Heddersvatnet unconformity, HF: Heddersvatnet Formation, GDF: Gausdalen fault zone.<br />
