Please make sure that a representative is on your<br />
stand to accept your post/ delivery, as the<br />
Organisers are not able to sign for or take<br />
responsibility for any post/ deliveries.<br />
If there is no representative on your stand when<br />
the delivery takes place, the official forwarding<br />
and lifting agent, Schenker Deutschland AG, will<br />
store it for you and will charge you for the<br />
storage cost.<br />

A letter box and a stamp dispensing machine can<br />
be found at the Entrance East.<br />
Disabled Facilities<br />
Parking<br />
You will be able to park for free in a specially<br />
designated parking area, P8. Please show your<br />
certificate of disability when entering the visitor<br />
car park.<br />
Toilets<br />
Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in the<br />
Entrance East as well as in the entrance area of<br />
hall B5 and hall B6.<br />
Wheelchairs<br />
Wheelchairs can be hired from the venue for free<br />
(a security deposit of €50, or your international<br />
ID card/passport is required). Upon arrival at the<br />
show grounds, please approach the security<br />
personnel of Messe Munich. No pre-booking is<br />
required as there is a sufficient number of<br />
wheelchairs on-site.<br />
The airport shuttle bus will be able to transport<br />
wheelchairs in the luggage compartment.
