Car Parking<br />

Cars: For security reasons, and to guarantee<br />

smooth traffic, build up and loading, cars are<br />

to be parked outside the loading areas during<br />

the build up and breakdown period. Parking<br />

on the exhibition site (outside the designated<br />

parking spaces) is not permitted. Illegally<br />

parked vehicles will be towed away at the<br />

owner’s cost. Long-term parking permits can<br />

be ordered with order form 8.2: Parking<br />

Permits.<br />

Trucks/Trailers: During the build up and<br />

breakdown of stands, trucks may enter the site<br />

for unloading and loading purposes only.<br />

During the build up and the first day of<br />

breakdown, parking spaces are available for<br />

trucks, vans, trailers, containers, etc. Parking<br />

spaces in the vicinity of the exhibition site<br />

will be available for your trucks and<br />

trailers during the exhibition.<br />

Parking<br />

You will be able to park for free in a specially<br />

designated parking area, P8. Please show your<br />

certificate of disability when entering the visitor<br />

car park.<br />

Toilets<br />

Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in the<br />

Entrance East as well as in the entrance area of<br />

hall B5 and hall B6.<br />

Wheelchairs<br />

Wheelchairs can be hired from the venue for free<br />

(a security deposit of €50, or your international<br />

ID card/passport is required). Upon arrival at the<br />

show grounds, please approach the security<br />

personnel of Messe Munich. No pre-booking is<br />

required as there is a sufficient number of<br />

wheelchairs on-site.<br />

The airport shuttle bus will be able to transport<br />

wheelchairs in the luggage compartment.

<strong>Exhibitor</strong> passes (see order forms, 20.1 in the<br />

exhibitor handbook) will not be posted before<br />

the event.<br />

Approximately two weeks prior to inter<br />

airport Europe, bar codes will be sent out in<br />

individual emails to each person registered.<br />

These can be used to collect exhibitor badges<br />

on-site from Monday, 10 October, 10.00 am<br />

from the self service machines in the Entrance<br />

East and the Outdoor Area Entrance. The<br />

email containing both your badge number and<br />

bar code or the actual exhibitor passes will<br />

also entitle exhibitors free use of the airport<br />

shuttle bus service to the venue and back.<br />

Main exhibitors are responsible for registering<br />

exhibitor passes for the entire staff on the<br />

stand, including co-exhibitors.<br />

The Organisers will provide general security<br />

within the exhibition halls and the outdoor area.<br />

However, the individual security of stands and<br />

exhibits lies within the responsibility of each<br />

exhibitor. Valuables should be locked away<br />

overnight. S tand security guards can only be<br />

ordered from the official security company using<br />

form 9.1 in the <strong>Exhibitor</strong> Handbook.<br />
