Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are responsible<br />
for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa<br />
or airport taxes.<br />
Transportation for Main Draw players from the official venue of arrival to the official hotel is<br />
organized by the local organizer on the official days of arrival and departure. Players are<br />
responsible to send their travel information via email at the latest Tuesday, 31 st July to the<br />
local organizer:<br />

Local Transportation for Qualification players and accompanying persons is under their<br />
own responsibility.<br />
ACCREDITATION Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, <strong>CEV</strong> Officials, referees,<br />
players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIP’s, journalists, technical staff, court personnel,<br />
volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and will ensure that only those people will<br />
