Travel east of the city to the beautiful Dandenong Ranges,<br />
through lovely rainforest scenery. EXCLUSIVE – Stop at Grant’s<br />
Reserve and enjoy Devonshire Tea, hot scones with jam and cream<br />
and your choice of tea or coffee. You’ll have the opportunity to<br />
hand feed crimson rosella birds and sulfur-crested cockatoos.<br />
Admire huge mountain ash trees and see lush fern-filled gullies.<br />
You may even see kookaburras and hear bellbirds. Travel aboard<br />
Australia’s oldest operating steam train, Puffing Billy, where you’ll<br />
ride through the lovely forest scenery on the train from Belgrave.<br />
Pass through quaint villages noted for their beautiful traditional<br />
gardens. Stop at Sassafras, a quaint little town in the Dandenong<br />
Hills. Visit the craft, antique, toy and book stores and plant nursery.<br />
