For more than 15 years, <strong>Paris</strong>’<strong>Trip</strong> has been propos<strong>in</strong>g excursions, both day<br />
and night, leav<strong>in</strong>g from with<strong>in</strong> <strong>Paris</strong> to discover the Capital, its surround<strong>in</strong>gs and<br />
the various regions of France by m<strong>in</strong>ibus, m<strong>in</strong>icoach or luxury cars, escorted by<br />
professional driver-guides. Excursions available <strong>in</strong> 8 languages : <strong>English</strong>, Spanish,<br />
Italian, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Portuguese.<br />
General Sales Conditions<br />
All our prices <strong>in</strong>clude transport <strong>in</strong> an air-conditioned m<strong>in</strong>ibus or people-carrier, all <strong>in</strong>clusive with a return<br />
to the hotel except when stated for tours T02A, T02B, T02C, T02D, T02F, T02G, T02H, TL, T01L, ST,<br />
T03L, T13ES. The entrance tickets for the unaccompanied or guided visits are also <strong>in</strong>cluded, as well as<br />
meals, when stated, and the services of a driver/guide for guided visits.<br />
All the prices <strong>in</strong> this brochure may be modified <strong>in</strong> the event of economic <strong>in</strong>stability.<br />
Start po<strong>in</strong>t for excursions : Excursions <strong>in</strong>clude collection from <strong>Paris</strong> hotels, exclud<strong>in</strong>g the follow<strong>in</strong>g districts: 75013 -<br />
75019 – 75020. Exceptionally, departure may be from a partner’s agency. The departure times and duration of excursions<br />
notified <strong>in</strong> the brochure are approximate. The time of collection announced at the time of reservation may vary by plus<br />
or m<strong>in</strong>us fifteen m<strong>in</strong>utes. Also, it may be modified for reasons of convenience. The duration of excursions <strong>in</strong>dicated <strong>in</strong><br />
the brochure <strong>in</strong>cludes collection of all clients<br />
Reservations : Reservations are mandatory for all excursions. <strong>Paris</strong> <strong>Trip</strong> reserves the right to request full prepayment of<br />
the excursion price to confirm the reservation. Excursions <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g an ascent, lunch or d<strong>in</strong>ner at the Eiffel Tower must<br />
be reserved a m<strong>in</strong>imum of twenty-four hours <strong>in</strong> advance. Reservation conditions: Payment <strong>in</strong> full is required at the<br />
time of reservation and does not give rise to any entitlement to a refund <strong>in</strong> the case of cancellation or modification for<br />
the follow<strong>in</strong>g tours : T02B, T02C, T02E, T02F, T02G, T02H, T03GEN, T13GEN, T21, T24GC, T24LC, T26L, ST, STL, T10FC,<br />
T10TL, T10BE, T10A, T18, T15, T11PL, T11PA, T11BO, T11A, T17G, T14ET, T14PRI,T13ES, T13ET, T13PRI, T13PRE, T12, T12A.<br />
Child rates : Reservation is mandatory for all children (from 0 to 11 years).<br />
• For the follow<strong>in</strong>g tours: T01-T01L-T03L-T02-T03-T04-T05-TL-T16-T26, free for children up to 4 years. From 4 and up to<br />
11, refer to the child price <strong>in</strong> the brochure.<br />
• For other tours not mentioned above, the child price, if exist<strong>in</strong>g, applies to children from 0 to 11 years. In the case<br />
where no child price is <strong>in</strong>dicated, the adult rate automatically applies.<br />
Cancellation fees : Any cancellation on the same day as the excursion shall not give rise to any refund, even partial. Any<br />
<strong>in</strong>terruption, even partial, of the excursion by the client shall not give rise to any compensation.<br />
Compensation policy : If access to one of the sites (attraction, monument etc.) is not possible for reasons beyond<br />
our control, an amount equal to the admission price for the site concerned may be refunded to the client without<br />
any other form of compensation. Passengers are required to comply with the meet<strong>in</strong>g and return times notified by<br />
our accompany<strong>in</strong>g staff or guides at each stop, as a courtesy to other passengers. Depend<strong>in</strong>g on the time notified, a<br />
wait<strong>in</strong>g time of ten m<strong>in</strong>utes may be granted. After this time, the excursion will cont<strong>in</strong>ue on its normal course, without<br />
any possible compensation. If the air condition<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the vehicle fails, no reimbursement, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g partial, may be<br />
claimed, if the excursion is completed.<br />
Supplementary <strong>in</strong>formation : <strong>Paris</strong> <strong>Trip</strong> cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, irregularities, strikes, bad weather<br />
or loss of personal items. We reserve the right to change or cancel tours without advance notice if the comfort or<br />
safety of passengers so requires. A valid passport is required for excursions T08 and T81. Smok<strong>in</strong>g is prohibited <strong>in</strong> the<br />
vehicles (law of 17/09/1977) and for reasons of health and safety. Clients are requested not to consume food and dr<strong>in</strong>k<br />
on board of the vehicles. Day time and night time excursions with commentaries may be provided <strong>in</strong> several languages.<br />
For even<strong>in</strong>g excursions with d<strong>in</strong>ner, correct dress is required. No excursions will be made on the even<strong>in</strong>gs of 14/07,<br />
24/12 and 31/12.<br />
