For more than 15 years, Paris’Trip has been proposing excursions, both day
and night, leaving from within Paris to discover the Capital, its surroundings and
the various regions of France by minibus, minicoach or luxury cars, escorted by
professional driver-guides. Excursions available in 8 languages : English, Spanish,
Italian, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Portuguese.
General Sales Conditions
All our prices include transport in an air-conditioned minibus or people-carrier, all inclusive with a return
to the hotel except when stated for tours T02A, T02B, T02C, T02D, T02F, T02G, T02H, TL, T01L, ST,
T03L, T13ES. The entrance tickets for the unaccompanied or guided visits are also included, as well as
meals, when stated, and the services of a driver/guide for guided visits.
All the prices in this brochure may be modified in the event of economic instability.
Start point for excursions : Excursions include collection from Paris hotels, excluding the following districts: 75013 -
75019 – 75020. Exceptionally, departure may be from a partner’s agency. The departure times and duration of excursions
notified in the brochure are approximate. The time of collection announced at the time of reservation may vary by plus
or minus fifteen minutes. Also, it may be modified for reasons of convenience. The duration of excursions indicated in
the brochure includes collection of all clients
Reservations : Reservations are mandatory for all excursions. Paris Trip reserves the right to request full prepayment of
the excursion price to confirm the reservation. Excursions including an ascent, lunch or dinner at the Eiffel Tower must
be reserved a minimum of twenty-four hours in advance. Reservation conditions: Payment in full is required at the
time of reservation and does not give rise to any entitlement to a refund in the case of cancellation or modification for
the following tours : T02B, T02C, T02E, T02F, T02G, T02H, T03GEN, T13GEN, T21, T24GC, T24LC, T26L, ST, STL, T10FC,
T10TL, T10BE, T10A, T18, T15, T11PL, T11PA, T11BO, T11A, T17G, T14ET, T14PRI,T13ES, T13ET, T13PRI, T13PRE, T12, T12A.
Child rates : Reservation is mandatory for all children (from 0 to 11 years).
• For the following tours: T01-T01L-T03L-T02-T03-T04-T05-TL-T16-T26, free for children up to 4 years. From 4 and up to
11, refer to the child price in the brochure.
• For other tours not mentioned above, the child price, if existing, applies to children from 0 to 11 years. In the case
where no child price is indicated, the adult rate automatically applies.
Cancellation fees : Any cancellation on the same day as the excursion shall not give rise to any refund, even partial. Any
interruption, even partial, of the excursion by the client shall not give rise to any compensation.
Compensation policy : If access to one of the sites (attraction, monument etc.) is not possible for reasons beyond
our control, an amount equal to the admission price for the site concerned may be refunded to the client without
any other form of compensation. Passengers are required to comply with the meeting and return times notified by
our accompanying staff or guides at each stop, as a courtesy to other passengers. Depending on the time notified, a
waiting time of ten minutes may be granted. After this time, the excursion will continue on its normal course, without
any possible compensation. If the air conditioning in the vehicle fails, no reimbursement, including partial, may be
claimed, if the excursion is completed.
Supplementary information : Paris Trip cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, irregularities, strikes, bad weather
or loss of personal items. We reserve the right to change or cancel tours without advance notice if the comfort or
safety of passengers so requires. A valid passport is required for excursions T08 and T81. Smoking is prohibited in the
vehicles (law of 17/09/1977) and for reasons of health and safety. Clients are requested not to consume food and drink
on board of the vehicles. Day time and night time excursions with commentaries may be provided in several languages.
For evening excursions with dinner, correct dress is required. No excursions will be made on the evenings of 14/07,
24/12 and 31/12.
Complaints: All complaints should be made in writing to the following address: Paris Trip S.A.R.L – customer services
– 2, cité de Pusy - 75017 Paris or to: ab@paris-trip.com. Claims must arrive within thirty days following the date of the
excursion and include a copy of the exchange voucher.
