city sleeps at 17.30, and after that there is no<br />
public place to go. If t<strong>hi</strong>s project is realized, you<br />
will never ever doubt that Horsens has an energy<br />
unlike no other city. The project incorporates<br />
shopping with a culture house and library of<br />
