• Conduct FBW SCS certification audits
• Report by message, crew readiness and
verification from the ISEA/activity performing
work that work necessary for at-sea testing is
complete
• Certify to the TYCOM the FBW SCS material
condition of parts installed, repaired and/or
tested by the ISEA is satisfactory
• Transmit a Submarine Material Transfer
Message to the gaining ISIC for deploying/
deployed submarines when the unit out chops
• Perform 100% audit of FBW SCS
Upgrades/Alterations or Major Repair Work
• Provide the Job Control Number and Departure
serial number for Departures initiated by a
depot level activity
