Real stone fireplaces are undeniably beautiful, but they are expensive,
heavy and normally only fitted by a specialist. But with Solo-pro, you
can have the best of both worlds - the beauty of marble or granite and
the simplicity of a fit-it-yourself solution. Using a revolutionary new
technique, Solo-pro uses a natural stone veneer, giving you a fireplace
that not only looks stunning but can be fitted simply, quickly and
without expert help.

One box solution
Many of our suites have the additional benefit of being
supplied ready-assembled for installation. Simply remove the
packaging, plug in and switch on. Look for this symbol next

Fireslide – Easy to use control positioned at the top of the fire requires little
effort to ignite and adjust fire setting.
Larger hearth sizes
Warranty
A standard hearth depth for Valor products is 15”. We can,
however, supply 18” and 21” depths on specific products. Look
for this symbol next to applicable products.
As part of our on going commitment to our customers, every
appliance comes with a 24-month guarantee against the full cost of
repairs in the event of failure.
During the guarantee, each appliance will be looked after by heateam,
our official engineers. As the makers of Baxi, Valor and Wonderfire
products, there’s no one better qualified to look after them, and they only
use official spare parts. The Plan will protect all the component parts of
your appliance and will pay for it to be repaired by a heateam engineer –
parts, call-out and labour charges all included.

A new addition to the Medway family the Thames provides all the

Installation of Gas suites
Please note – Due to the sheer number of varying flue
boxes and pre cast flues it is not possible to advise on which
fires are suitable until the existing fire has been removed.
If the width at the rear of the pre-cast flue starter blocks is
less than 300mm wide the minimum depth of the opening
will be not less that 154mm. For more information please

From July 2007 all electrical equipment has to comply with the Waste Electronic and
Electrical Equipment Directive (WEEE). This means that manufactures pay for their products
to be recycled, retailers collect and dispose of replaced products or the product owners
dispose of the equipment responsibly. Look for the WEEE symbol – a crossed-out wheelie bin
– on any electrical equipment you buy. Your local council’s recycling centre should have an
area dedicated to electrical equipment. Valor Fires are registered under the WEEE Directive (WEE/AC0083UX).
