Head Freshman Coach Bob Vickery grew up on a hog<br />
and cattle farm located between Westfield and<br />
Zionsville and graduated from Westfield High School<br />
in 1976 where he was a five sport athlete. He went on<br />
to earn degrees from William Penn, Kent State, and<br />
Purdue Universities.<br />
He is entering his fourteenth year as a wrestling coach,<br />
which includes being the varsity head coach at both<br />
Marion and South Adams High Schools. During his<br />
coaching career he has watched many of his wrestlers<br />
earn success both on and off the mat.<br />
Coach Vickery is married and is the proud father of<br />
three daughters. He is also the proud grandfather of<br />
two grandchildren. In addition, he owns a small farm<br />
where he raises show pigs, pheasants, turkeys, chickens,<br />
ducks, and occasionally beef cattle and rabbits.<br />
