Her eyes are golden in colour but her left is speckled with brown. She also has a scar on her upper right lip. The Southwest Seniors Outreach Society is looking for singers to join our wonderful choir. We practice Tuesday afternoons from 1-3 p.m., commencing September 18. We perform at various locations throughout the year, including long term care facilities, other senior organizations, etc. If you like to sing and have fun, we would very much like to welcome you! We are also looking for people to join our Community Dance on Tuesdays. This is the only dance program that does not require experience or a partner. It is a fun, gentle activity with no complex footwork. Need help sleeping or with flexibility? Wednesday mornings we offer a gentle Yoga class. Southwest Seniors also offers other programming/ services: Clogging, weekly luncheons followed by entertainment, bus trips, cards and miscellaneous programming.
